4. Product Information and Availability
LI Peptides aims to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability information. However, errors or changes may occur.
If you notice an incorrect price or find that a product is unavailable, please contact LI Peptides directly at support@lipeptides.org before proceeding with your order.

5. Orders and Payments

LI Peptides may need to contact customers if there is a question or issue concerning an order, product price, or availability.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must email support@lipeptides.org immediately after placing it.
Please include your order number and clearly state that you are requesting cancellation. Contacting LI Peptides promptly gives the team an opportunity to review the request.
A cancellation is not confirmed until LI Peptides confirms it to you. If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
7. Shipping and Delivery
LI Peptides currently ships within the United States. Orders are generally shipped the same day or the next day, depending on when the order is placed. Shipping is through USPS Priority Mail, with delivery typically taking 2–3 days after shipment.

8. Returns and Refunds
If you experience a product issue, contact support@lipeptides.org within 3 days of receiving your order.
Include your order information, clear pictures showing the issue, a brief description of what happened, and your refund request.
In most cases, returning the product is not required. LI Peptides provides a full refund for product issues. Once approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 1–2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.

9. Website Use
You agree to use the LI Peptides website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or misuse website content.
